The mighty $$ started in the good old days of spring 2005 when a few teenage geek friends, Brimmo, Justin and Mab, got involved in playing the war time fps game 'Call of Duty'. They all decided to create a clan and with hard and dedicated work they got 'the CKUK' up and running within weeks. Several of the gang worked on the website whilst the rest of us set about recruiting. Everything was rolling on nicely, there was interest in the clan and the web site was looking beautiful, but then, trouble struck like a bolt out of the blue. Another clan turned up with the name CKUK, 'Oh No' the three teenagers' cried as all their hours of planning went down the pan. A new name was needed, and the gang talked and talked with one another and the name silver squadron was born. From then the kids never looked back, with new member Locust joining with everyday they grew in confidence, and soon the members started flocking. First was a wonderful young man, his name was Philatov, he was a delight to play with and to talk to, and is with us still today. Then there was the mighty shez who we had been playing with for some time before. He has fought his way up the ranks and is now one of our platoon leaders. Shortly afterwards came wolf, another sweet young lad who's only aim in life, is t be good at COD. Then a new flock of members, Gastgon, Evertom, Kellogs and Ghetto all came with in a week. Then came shot, harpy, masterkiller and all was well in the $$ camp. Then my good friend Bullet joined the clan whos adds another comical and alcoholic dimenssion to the clan. recent rise in member numbers has left with approximately 20 members. The $$ is now as strong as it will ever be, UP THE $$!
